So, I’ve been stuck in this rut of coffee every morning for longer than I can remember. I feel like coffee is so deeply engrained in my morning routine that I if I don’t make my morning coffee (instant coffee with 2 tbsp of half & half) I can’t get it out of my mind and I end up craving it all day until I make it.
Given that it’s been a habit for so long I was extremely excited to find something to change it up. Now, I know this may be weird since 1) I’m a self declared Starbucks addicted, now in recovery ;) & 2) I love coffee, but I’d never had a Pumpkin Spice Latte, even though they seem to be one of the biggest selling drinks that Starbucks has in the fall.
I recently ran across a fantastic blog call The Gracious Pantry written by Tiffany, a woman who is blogging about Clean Eating recipes she has created and redone to follow the Clean Eating lifestyle/diet. Two days ago she posted a recipe for a Pumpkin Spice Latte and I decided that I had to try it this morning since I had all of the ingredients. Needless to say it was so great!
