The Story:

There is nothing better, nor faster than grabbing a handful of almonds when you’re hungry. I used to always buy the pre-roasted almonds at the grocery store, but found them to be over salted for my taste and over priced for my taste also. I solved it by purchasing almonds from the Farmer’s Market, or the bulk bins at the store. I created a recipe for making them so they are just right for me.
