I ran across this and thought I would share it. There are too many times when I find myself simply thinking about wanting to do something than actually doing what will get me there. This is what I need to remember.

I love, love, love this post Vicious Cycle by Corinne, a fellow weight-loss blogger. It really hit home reading through the first graphic since that’s often what I’ve done in the past. After reading through the second graphic I was reminded that that’s what I need to do when I hop on the scale for my weekly weigh-in and find that the scale has gone up a bit or hasn’t budged at all.
